Returns
At Naturagems, your happiness is our top priority! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and returning items is a breeze. If you have any unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless they’re faulty, as well as delivery charges and personalized packaging), you can return them within 30 days for a full refund. Just a heads up, the return postage is on you, so please keep your proof of purchase safe. We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you originally used.
